SK Enmove operates its own SHE Management System that integrates safety, health and environment,
securing drive for execution based on programs and policies aimed at enhancing SHE capabilities and culture.

SHE Governance

SK Enmove has appointed a Chief Safety Officer (CSO) who is responsible for overseeing and managing all matters related to safety and health within the company and takes charge of setting issues and the framework for SHE management. The CSO regularly monitors compliance with safety and health obligations through the Safety and Health Management Committee meetings convened biannually and as needed, discussing major safety and health issues. Furthermore, the safety and health management plans are thoroughly managed by being included in the agenda of the Board of Directors. In addition, SK Enmove collaborates on establishing safety and health management systems for its partners and operates a Safety and Health Council, working together to enhance the safety and health of its partner companies.

SHE Management Policy

Based on the SHE management system, SK Enmove promotes activities to enhance systems, capabilities and culture to secure trust from society and minimizes safety accidents and legal violations. By utilizing the existing system and the expertise of organization and workforce, SK Enmove aims to strengthen technical capabilities. Furthermore, under the leadership of the management, the company strives to foster a culture of practicing health and safety management among employees. To this end, SK Enmove is creating a sustainable business site by securing technical expertise for major accident risk management and improving ability to execute SHE practices based on principles and procedures.

To do so, The Company shall become a role model among the domestic and foreign energy companies by defining Safety, Health and Environment as the most priority subject, planning and operating guidelines higher than legal requirements and global standards and sharing such results with the public.
