SK Enmove established and operates an ESG governance framework through its Board of Directors and ESG Planning Organization. Each department at SK Enmove carries out tasks according to the company’s core ESG initiatives, while the ESG Planning Organization is responsible for managing and operating the ESG implementation system and supporting ESG management across the company.

Additionally, SK Enmove participates in SK Innovation’s Integrated ESG Promotion Council (ESG Meeting). Through this council, SK Enmove actively contributes to ESG management by setting response strategies for ESG issues such as climate change and strengthening synergy in implementing ESG practices across affiliates.
